Orange - Very High Forest vegetation is very dry with a very high risk of wildfires. A wildfire could start easily and burn vigorously. Wildfire suppression would be challenging. Permits to Burn brush and other materials are suspended. All outdoor fires, including campfires, are banned. Activities on forested land should be conducted with extreme caution. Use of fire works and sky lanterns is banned.
